What is the procedure for returning goods?

THEN after we have corresponded with you send the item to the address we forward complete with Invoice number (or sales order number) and the reason the item is being returned. If I want to receive a refund what are the conditions for returning my order?

In order to receive a full refund or replacement the following conditions must be met:
